系统性护理对老年冠心病患者生活质量的影响

目的：探讨系统性护理对老年冠心病患者生活质量的影响。方法：选取我院老年冠心病患者118例,根据随机数字表法将其分为常规护理组和系统性护理组,每组各59例。观察比较两组患者护理前后健康调查表SF-36情况。结果：护理前两组患者的躯体疼痛、生理职能、生活功能、精神健康、情感职能、精力、社会功能和总体健康评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。护理后,系统护理组患者的以上维度评分均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：系统性护理科显著提高老年冠心病患者的生活质量,值得推广应用于临床。

The influence of systemic nursing on quality of life in elderly patients with coronary heart disease

Objectives: To investigate the influence of systemic nursing on quality of life in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: 118 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital were chosen. According to a random number table, all patients were divided into routine care group and systematic care group, 59 cases in each group. The health survey (SF-36) before and after nursing of the two groups were observed and compared. Results: The body pain, physical function and life function, mental health, emotional function, energy, social functioning and overall health scores of two groups before nursing to compared, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). After treatment, the above dimension scores of systematic care group were better than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Systematic conservation division can significantly improve the quality of life of elderly patients with coronary heart disease, which should be widely used in clinical.
