摘    要:<正>环状混合痔是肛肠科难治性疾病之一,手术处理有较大难度,肛门狭窄、保留组织术后水肿以及炎性增生是临床医生最感棘手的并发症。我科采用皮桥下血管丛及纤维结缔组织分离术结合外剥内扎术治疗环状混合痔取得良好疗效,报道如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料2014年1月—2015年12月我院因环状混合痔住院并接受手术治疗的患者100例,随机分为治疗组50例,男28例,女22例,平均年龄(41.5±5.1)岁,平均病程(5.3±3.1)年;对照组50例,

Separation of vascular bundle and fibrous connective tissue under peel bridge for treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids
Abstract:Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Separation of vascular bundle and fibrous connective tissue under peel bridge with external dissection and internal ligation for treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. Methods: From 2014 to 2015,100 patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into two groups, the study group were treated by separation of vascular bundle and fibrous connective tissue under peel bridge with external dissection and internal ligation, and the control group underwent traditional external dissection and internal ligation. Result: Symptom score after operation of pain, anal edge edema and secretion of the study group is lesser than the control group; the average number of days of recovery of the study group is 17.36±4.36, well that of the controlled is 20.18±6.16. Conclusion: Separation of vascular bundle and fibrous connective tissue under peel bridge with external dissection and internal ligation for treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids is a method which can effectively reduce postoperative pain, prevent anal edge edema and inflammatory hyperplasia, interfere with the speed of recovery. The method is curative effect, economical and practical.
