生长抑素联合前列地尔治疗急性重症胰腺炎的疗效观察

目的 评价我院生长抑素联合前列地尔治疗急性重症胰腺炎患者的临床疗效。方法 将2011年1月到2015年1月我院收治的急性重症胰腺炎患者共64例随机分为对照组和观察组二组治疗,对照组给予生长抑素治疗,观察组给予生长抑素+前列地尔联合治疗,比较二组患者不同症状消失时间,并发症,中转手术率以及治疗效果。结果 观察组总有效率(93.75%)明显好于对照组(78.12%)(P<0.05)；同时观察组腹痛消失、腹胀消失、排气恢复以及患者平均住院时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05)；此外并发症和中转手术率也明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 生长抑素联合前列地尔治疗急性重症胰腺炎临床总有效率高,同时能减轻患者痛苦,降低并发症和中转手术率,值得临床应用推广。

To observe the curative effect of somatostatin combined with alprostadil in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of combination of somatostatin hospital alprostadil treatment of severe acute pancreatitis. Methods Patients with Severe Acute was a total of 64 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group two groups from January 2011 to January 2015 in our hospital, the control group was given somatostatin treatment, observation group was given somatostatin alprostadil combination therapy, after treayment compared between the two groups were different symptoms, complications, surgical intervention rate and treatment evaluation. Results The total effective observation group (93.75%) was significantly better than the control group (78.12%) (P<0.05); while the observation group abdominal pain, bloating disappeared, exhaust recovery, and patients with an average hospital stay time was significantly less than the control group (P<0.05); moreover complications and surgical intervention rate was significantly less than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Somatostatin combined with alprostadil treat severe acute pancreatitis total effective rate is high, can alleviate the suffering of patients and reduce complications and surgical intervention rates, it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
