垂体后叶素在腹腔镜肌瘤剔除术中的临床止血效果研究

目的：探讨垂体后叶素在腹腔镜肌瘤剔除术中的临床止血效果。方法：选取2013年1月～2015年10月我院诊治的90例腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者资料进行分析,采用随机对照方法将患者分为对照组和实验组,对照组术中采用缩宫素止血,实验组术中采用垂体后叶素止血,比较两组止血效果。结果：实验组手术时间、术中出血量、血红蛋白术前与术后3d差值以及术后排气时间,显著低于对照组(P<0.05)；两组患者手术前及手术后收缩压和舒张压差异不显著(P>0.05)；两组患者手术后10min收缩压和舒张压出现一度上升,但是术后收缩压和舒张压差异得到下降(P<0.05)。结论：腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者术中采用垂体后叶素止血效果理想,能够减少术中出血量,减少手术时间,值得推广应用。

Clinical studies vasopressin hemostasis during laparoscopic myomectomy in the posterior pituitary

Objective: To investigate the vasopressin during laparoscopic myomectomy clinical hemostasis. Methods: 90 cases of laparoscopic myomectomy surgery patient data were analyzed using the method of randomized controlled patients were divided into control and experimental groups from January 2015 to October 2015 in our hospital, a control group of patients using the Palace shrink prime hemostasis, intraoperative use of the experimental group vasopressin hemostasis were compared hemostasis. Results: The operation time, blood loss, hemoglobin before surgery and postoperative difference between 3d and postoperative exhaust time, significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05); two groups of patients before surgery and after surgery, and systolic blood pressure diastolic blood pressure was not significantly different(P>0.05); two groups of patients after surgery 10min systolic and diastolic pressures appear once rose, but the difference between systolic and diastolic blood obtained after decrease(P<0.05). Conclusion: Laparoscopic myomectomy Patients used pituitrin ideal hemostatic effect, can reduce blood loss, reduce operative time, should be widely applied.
