门诊药房破损药品原因分析

目的：分析北京协和医院门诊药房药品破损情况，为降低药品报损率提供建议和参考。方法：调取我院2016年度东院门诊药房破损药品数据，对破损药品种类、金额、数量及原因等方面进行统计分析。结果：2016年月平均药品报损金额为1325.88元，工作流程中各个环节均有报损，人为操作不当、机器压坏及自制制剂包封不严是导致药品破损的主要原因。结论：为减少药品报损数量，应对易损药品加强管理；发药机遇到故障应及时维修，减少机器对药品的进一步损坏。

Analysis of the Causes of the Damaged Drugs in Outpatient Pharmacy of Our Hospital

Objective: To analyze the situation of drug damage in outpatient pharmacy of Peking Union Medical College Hospital in order to provide references and suggestions for reducing drug damage rate. Methods: The data of damaged drugs in the outpatient pharmacy of eastern hospital were collected. The types, reported loss, quantity, causes and other aspects of damaged drugs were statistically analyzed. Results: The average reported loss of monthly drug damage was 1325.88 yuan in 2016. Drug damage occurred in all aspects of the workflow, among which improper operation, machine crush and lax package of self-made preparations were the main causes. Conclusion: In order to reduce the drug loss, management for vulnerable drugs should be strengthened; dispensing machine should be timely repaired when it is out of order so as to reduce further damage.
