心衰与心律失常的关联与发展

心力衰竭（心衰）总是和危及生命的室性心律失常相关，但室性心律失常也最容易引起心衰。本文简要回顾了心衰中的电生理重构、细胞内钙摄取和导致心律失常的机制。细胞解偶联，钙离子稳态和纤维化是主要导致心律失常的因素。目前心衰的研究还远远不够，心力衰竭的发病机制和新的诊断和治疗措施还需要深入研究。

Association and Development of Arrhythmia and Heart Failure

Heart failure relates to life-threatening ventricular arrhythmias, and ventricular arrhythmia is most likely to cause heart failure. In this paper we briefly review the electrophysiological remodeling , the intracellular calcium handling,and the resulting arrhythmogenic mechanisms.in heart failure, Intercellular uncoupling and fibrosis are considered to be the main factors leading to arrhythmia. So far, the study of ventricular failure is still far from enough, We should put more effort into further research on pathogenesis, new diagnosis and therapy of heart failure.
