| 摘 要： | 目的 经会阴三维超声对妊娠晚期女性盆底结构的观察，通过测量肛提肌裂孔面积来探讨妊娠对盆底解剖结构的影响。方法 应用经会阴三维超声，对盆底功能正常组孕妇106例及存在压力性尿失禁异常组孕妇20例进行盆底结构观察，Valsalva动作时动态三维超声成像测量肛提肌裂孔面积(cm2)及超声断层成像观察肛提肌形态有无断裂。 结果 盆底功能异常组Valsalva动作后肛提肌裂孔面积(cm2)均明显大于正常组，有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。 结论 肛提肌裂孔面积此指标能反映妊娠期女性盆底结构改变情况，有助于评估肛提肌损伤。
