| 摘 要： | 【摘要】 消化系疾病为最大疾病群，为患者家庭与国家带来沉重的负担，是全球学者关注的焦点之一。随着医学发展，消化系疾病诊治日趋成熟，但仍存在诸多问题。近年来在早癌诊治、内镜下微创治疗、肠道微生态、晚期肿瘤分子靶向治疗等领域的研究取得较大进展。本文就近年消化系疾病基本研究热点及进展做一评述，并对将来可能的重点研究方向进行展望，以期提高我国消化系疾病研究水平。
