简析《中医药法》的亮点与不足

目的：分析新颁布的《中医药法》的亮点与不足，为《中医药法》的完善提供建议。方法：查阅相关文献和法规，结合我国中医药行业现状，对《中医药法》进行评析。结果：《中医药法》的颁布实施将对我国中医药事业发展产生积极影响，其内容涵盖中医药服务、中医药人才培养、中医药科学研究等方面。结论：《中医药法》在中医医疗服务和中药生产经营监管方面有突破性的制度设计，但还需要在章节、名称、语言表述以及仅应用传统工艺配制中药制剂的限制等方面进一步完善。

Discussion on the Highlights and Deficiencies of Traditional Chinese Medicine Law

Objective: To discuss the highlights and defciencies of Traditional Chinese Medicine Law and to provide suggestions for the improvement of the law. Methods: Traditional Chinese Medicine Law was evaluated and analyzed by reviewing relevant literatures and regulations and by combining with the current situation of traditional Chinese medicine industry. Resuults: The promulgation and implementation of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Law will have a positive impact on the development of traditional Chinese medicine, including traditional Chinese medical service, traditional Chinese medicine personnel training, and traditional Chinese medicine scientifc research and so on. Conclusion: There are breakthroughs in the system design in the aspects of traditional Chinese medical service and supervision of traditional Chinese medicine production. However, further improvement should be made in terms of chapter names, language expression, and traditional Chinese medicinal preparations which are prepared only using traditional techniques.
