Early minimally invasive therapy for neonatal vitamin K deficiency caused by delayed contractile hematology results
Abstract:Abstract Objective: To investigate the lack of early minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of contractile hematology delayed effect in the neonatal vitamin K. Methods: hospital 2011-01 / 2013-12 among 70 neonates delayed vitamin K deficiency in children with contractile hematology as the object of the study, treatment measures based on the principle of voluntary families of children into the study group and the control group of 30 patients in the control group received conservative treatment, 40 cases of study group were given early treatment of minimally invasive surgery, clinical treatment effect in both groups. Results: The clinical study group was 92.5%, significantly higher than the 73.3% of the two groups was statistically significant difference between the data (P <0.05). Sick study group was 2.5%, significantly lower than the 10.0% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Clinical treatment time and treatment costs of childminders group were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant data (P <0.05). Study group after 1 year of treatment MPI and PDI scores were significantly higher than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The clinical application for clinical neonatal delayed vitamin K deficiency in children leads to early minimally invasive contractile hematology puncture treatment significantly, improve efficiency, reduce morbidity, shorter hospital stay, less invasive, worth it.
