早期乳腺癌声像学特征分析及超声诊断价值研究

目的研究和分析早期乳腺癌声像学特征及超声诊断价值。方法选取2015年10月至2016年10月来我院治疗的早期乳腺癌患者60例作为观察组,同期来我院经诊断为良性乳腺结节患者60例作为对照组。两组患者均进行彩色多普勒超声检查,并结合早期乳腺癌患者术后病理结果进行分析,研究乳腺癌患者超声声像图和血流的现象特征。结果 60例早期乳腺癌患者经过彩色多普勒超声检查时均表现是低回声,癌变的形态表现不规则。呈现毛刺征或蟹足样。其中肿块<1cm为25例,1~2cm为11例,2~5cm为15例,>5cm为9例。从超声的图像上分析可知,观察组早期乳腺癌患者出现边缘毛刺征、微小钙化灶、血流及其阻力指标均高于对照组良性乳腺结节患者。差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论彩色多普勒超声检查在乳腺癌早期预防和诊断方面有着较高的价值,充分的体现了超声在帮助区分感兴趣区域肿块的性质。早期乳腺癌常表现为微小钙化灶、低回声、毛刺征等影响特征,极大提高了乳腺癌的检出率,保证了患者的治疗效果。

Study of Ultrasonographic Characteristics and Diagnostic Value of Early Breast Cancer

Objective To study and analyze the ultrasonographic features and diagnostic value of early breast cancer.Methods 60 cases of early breast cancer patients treated in our hospital from October 2015 to October-2016 were selected as the experimental group,and 60 cases of benign breast nodules diagnosed in our hospital in the same period were selected as the control group.Two groups of patients were examined by color Doppler ultrasonography and analyzed by combination with the postoperative pathological results of patients with early breast cancerto study the ultrasonographic characteristics and blood flow characteristics of patients with breast cancer.Results 60 patients with early breast cancer showed low echogenicity after examination of color Doppler ultrasonography.The shape of the cancer was irregular,burr or crab like.Among them,the mass was less than 1cm in 25 cases,1 ~ 2cm in 11 cases,2 ~ 5cm in 15 cases,greater than 5cm in 9 cases.From the analysis of ultrasonic images,we could see that the patients with early breast cancer in the trial group had marginal burr,small calcification,blood flow and resistance,which were all higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography is of high value in the early prevention and diagnosis of breast cancer,which fully reflects the nature of ultrasound in helping distinguish the masses in the region of interest.Early breast cancer is usually characterized by small calcification,low echo,burr and other characteristics,which greatly improves the detection rate of breast cancer,and ensures the treatment effect of patients.
