| 摘 要： | 目的：比较两种碳青霉烯类抗生素在我院小儿先心病术后应用的疗效及经济学差异。方法：采用回顾性调查方法,分析2014年我院小儿先心病术后病历504份,按使用药品名称分为美洛培南组(255例)和比阿培南组(249), 统计两组的相关数据并进行分析比较。结果：两组患儿的抗菌药日均费用及抗菌药总费用有显著差异(P<0.05)；美洛培南组较比阿培南组抗菌药日均费用和抗菌药总费用分别节省约168.77元和1287.31元。结论：碳青霉烯类抗生素是特殊使用级抗菌药,两组患儿术后治疗效果无显著性差异,从经济学方面美洛培南较比阿培南更具有优势,可以有效降低医疗费用,减轻患儿经济负担。

| Abstract: | Objective: To compare of the curative effect of two kinds of carbapenems antibiotics applying for postoperative pediatric congenital heart diseasein our hospital.Methods: With retrospective survey, based on analysis of 504 cases of postoperative pediatric congenital heart disease in our hospital, it can be divided into 2 groups by using these two medicines, meropenem(255 cases)and biapenem(249 bases) with related statistics and analysis.Results: There is a significant difference for these two groups on average daily cost and total expense of antibacterial drugs(P>0.05).Conclusion: Carbapenems antibiotics is a kind of antibacterial drugs for special usage. There is no significant difference ofcurative effectfor these two groups of patientchildren. |
