CCU缺血性心衰患者中心静脉导管相关性感染的危险因素分析与护理研究

目的：对CCU缺血性心衰患者中心静脉导管相关性感染的危险因素和护理进行探讨和分析。方法：对我院2013年12月-2014年12月CCU病房收治的40例缺血性心衰患者导管感染中360例次中心静脉置管患者作为研究对象,对他们的临床特点、危险因素和护理的关系进行研究。结果：①锁骨下静脉插管感染率为18.60%,颈静脉感染率为21.18%,股静脉感染率为33.33%,可知锁骨下静脉的感染率最低、股静脉最高。②感染率与导管留置时间的关系为正比。③单腔、双腔感染率分别是15.87%、41.67%。④真菌感染率是11.76%,革兰阴性和阳性菌的感染率各是27.06%和61.18%。结论：使用中心静脉置管方式治疗严格缺血性心衰病人具有较好的疗效,能够使病人的免疫机能增强,降低置管时长,提高对穿刺位置消毒及管理护士手部卫生的力度,并能够极大程度地降低相关并发症出现的几率。

Analysis and nursing research center of CCU in patients with ischemic heart failure risk factors of venous catheter-related infection

Objective: To investigate the risk factors and nursing care of the central venous catheter related infection in patients with CCU ischemic heart failure. Methods: In our hospital in December 2013 - 2014 years December CCU were 40 cases of ischemic heart failure patients with catheter-related infection in 360 cases of central venous set tube patients as the research object, on their clinical characteristics, risk factors and nursing research. Results: The infection rate of the clavicle vein was 18.60%, the infection rate of jugular vein was 33.33%, the infection rate of femoral vein was 21.18%, and the infection rate of clavicle vein was lowest, femoral vein was the highest.. The relationship between the infection rate and the time of catheter indwelling is proportional to. The infection rate of single chamber and double cavity is 15.87% and 41.67% respectively.. The fungal infection rate was 11.76%, gram negative and positive bacteria infection rate is 27.06% and 61.18%. Conclusion: The use of central venous catheter treatment strictly with ischemic heart failure has good curative effect, can enhance the immune function of patients, reduce catheter length and improve hand hygiene of puncture position disinfection and management of nurses" efforts, and can greatly reduce the risk of complications.
