| 摘 要： | ［］ 目的 探讨绝经后女性TSH水平与冠心病的相关性。方法 对278例疑似冠心病的自然绝经女性患者行冠状动脉造影术,测定甲功五项(T3、T4、FT3、FT4 和TSH),根据冠状动脉造影的结果分为对照组、冠心病组,依据Gensini 评分系统将冠心病患者分成两组( Gensini 评分＜50分组、＞50分组),依据TSH水平进一步分层：1组<2.5 mlU/L,2组>2.5 mlU/L。
