| 摘 要： | 对50例睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的临床表现及并发症进行了分析。所有病例均经睡眠呼吸监测进行诊断。在50例中,男∶女为5.2∶1,其中42例(92%)的年龄在40岁以上。主要临床表现及并发症是打鼾,白天嗜睡、夜间憋气、晨间头痛、记忆力减退和高血压,分别占100％、76％、40％、36％、42％和38％。强调需提高对该病的认识,以达到早期诊断和早期治疗的目的。

| Abstract: | All of the 50 patients with sleep apnea syndrome were diagnosed by performing sleep apnea screening. Among 50 patients, the male/female ratio was 5. 2 : 1. 46 cases (92%) were more than 40 years old. Major clinical manifestations and complications were snoring (100%), daytime sleepiness (76%), choking in sleep (40%), morning headache (36%), intellectual deterioration (42%), and hypertension (38%). It is emphasized that early diagnosis and early treatment are of critical importance. |
