老年人危急重症204例临床分析

目的：探讨老年危重急症的流行病学特点。方法：回顾性分析本院近五年抢救的老年危重急症患者临床资料。结果：本组以男性和60—69岁年龄组患者居多；发病病种前三位依次为：脑出血、高血压Ⅲ期、颅脑外伤：总体抢救成功率低，死亡率高。结论：控制高血压、端正退休人员心态、家庭和社会对老年人多加关注能减少老年危重急症的发生率；提高急诊医师对老年危重急症的知识和抢救技能能减少死亡率和致残率：

Clinical Analysis of 204 Cases of Aged Critical Patients

Objective: To investigate the clinical features of aged critical patients and help physician to full ware of it. Methods: The clinical data of 204 cases of aged critical patients was analyzed retrospectively. Results: Man and age in 60-69 in aged critical patients were common; cerebral hemorrhage, third stage of high blood pressure,brain trauma were common; succeed rate of rescuing critical patients was low and mortality was high. Conclusions: Controlling high blood pressure,take a correct attitude towards retirement,family and society show loving care for the aged will reduce incidence of aged critical ill. Improving saving knowledge and technical ability of aged critical ill could reduce mortality and disability.
