乳香、檀香混合挥发油的提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的研究乳香、檀香混合挥发油的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验设计,以挥发油得率为指标进行筛选。结果挥发油的最佳提取工艺为药材粉末过10目筛,加入10倍量的水,浸泡10h,提取8h。结论本提取方法简单、效率高,适合工业化生产。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study the optimum technique for extraction of mixture volatile oil from Olibanam and Sandalwood. METHODS: The orthogonal test was adopted to optimize the extraction process using the yield rate of volatile oil as indicator. RESULTS: The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: powder forming by 10mesh, 10- fold water added, soaking for 10h and extraction for 8h. CONCLUSIONS: This extraction method is simple, efficient and suitable for industria-lized production.
