海洛因依赖者心理压力、应对方式、社会支持的相关性研究

目的:探讨海洛因依赖者心理压力、应对方式、社会支持的特点及其相关性。方法:采用中文版知觉心理压力量表(CPSS)、简易应对方式量表(SCSQ)及领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)对50例海洛因依赖者进行评定,并与42例正常受试者加以比较。结果:同正常对照组相比,海洛因依赖者(n=47)的知觉心理压力和消极应对显著增高(P<0.05),积极应对和社会支持显著降低(P<0.001)。海洛因依赖者的知觉心理压力与社会支持呈显著负相关(P<0.01),与消极应对方式无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论:海洛因依赖者的心理压力、应对方式、社会支持状况不良,三者具有一定相关性,可能共同对吸毒和复吸产生影响。

A CORRELATION STUDY ON MENTAL PRESSURE, COPING STYLE AND SOCIAL SUPPORT OF HEROIN DEPENDENT PATIENTS

Objective:To investigate the characteristics of and correlations between the mental pressure,coping style and social support of heroin dependent patients.Methods:Fifty heroin dependent patients were assessed with the Chinese Perceived Stress Scale(CPSS),the Simple Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ)and the Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS),and the results were compared with those of 42 normal controls'.Results:The mental pressure and negative coping of heroin dependent patients(n=47)were significantly higher than those of the controls'(P<0.05),while the positive coping and social support were significantly lower than those of the controls'(P<0.001).The mental pressure of heroin dependent patients was negatively correlated with their social support(P<0.01),but the correlation between mental pressure and negative coping style was insignificant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Heroin depedent patients have high mental pressure,low coping positivity and low social support,the three of which have certain correlations and exert a notable impact upon heroin addiction and relapse.
