| 摘 要： | 目的比较阴道白念珠菌致病株与携带株分泌性蛋白酶的活力,以探讨其与外阴阴道念珠菌病之间的关系。方法:采用牛血清白蛋白培养基对外阴阴道念珠菌病患者和无症状携带者阴道白念珠菌分离株的分泌性蛋白酶活力进行测定。结果:致病株组和携带株组分泌性蛋白酶阳性株的检出率无明显差异,但二组间酶的活力有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论:外阴阴道念珠菌病的发病可能与白念珠菌分泌性蛋白酶在宿主局部某些因素的影响下表达水平升高有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the activity of secretory proteinase between the pathogenic and commensal Candi -da albican strains in vaginae,in order to investigate the correlation between vulvovaginal candidosis and the activity of the Candida albican secretory proteinase.Methods The medium containing bovine serum albumin(BSA)was employed to test the activity of secretory proteinase of Candida albican strains in vaginae isolated from the vulvovaginal candidosis pa-tients and asymptomatic carriers,respectively.Results The ratio of secretory proteinase positive strains from two groups was indifferent,but the difference in the activity of secretory proteinase between two groups was very significant (P<0.001).Conclusion The occurrence of vulvovaginal candidosis is possibly associated with the elevation of the activity of candidal secretory proteinase under the influence of the host niche. |
