| 摘 要： | 目的探讨甲状腺激素亢进患者血脂变化情况及其临床意义。方法对我院50例甲状腺激素亢进患者治疗前后及50例健康对照组进行血脂指标的比较分析。结果甲状腺激素亢进患者的低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、总胆固醇（Tch）和载脂蛋白A1（APOA1）4个指标均低于健康对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗后血脂指标与健康组差异无显著性。结论甲状腺激素浓度的异常升高,能够直接或间接地影响患者体内的血脂代谢。
