| 摘 要： | 目的 青光眼小梁切除术中羊膜植入防止术后瘢痕性滤过泡形成的作用。方法 对12例15眼原发及继发性青光眼行小梁切除术，术中将羊膜植于巩膜床，并观察术后阻止瘢痕性滤过泡形成的效果及降眼压作用。结果 15眼中，形成功能性滤过泡13眼，无功能滤过泡2眼。术后降眼压效果良好。结论 羊膜植入能有效防止小梁切除术后瘢痕性滤过泡形成，进一步提高抗青光眼手术的成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of amnion implantation used in trabeculectomy to prevent failure of filtrative bleb.Methods The trabeculectomy used in 15 eyes of 12 patients with primary or secondary glaucoma.During the course of operation,we implanted the amnion on scleral bed.Then we observed the effect that it prevented adhesive filtrative bulb happened and if the intraocular pressure was controlled or not.Results The functional filtrative bulb were in 12 eyes.Nonfunctional filtrative bulb were in 2 eyes.The intraocular pressure was controlled satisfactory.Conclusion Ammion implantation was an effective method to prevent the adhesive filtrative bleb after trabeculectomy and improved effectively the rate of success after glaucoma operation. |
