摘    要:目的 观察黄蜀葵花胶囊对四氯化碳所致小鼠肝损伤的保护作用.方法 腹腔注射四氯化碳致小鼠急性肝损伤,用黄蜀葵花胶囊灌胃给药,联苯双酯为阳性对照药.检测血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶活性和肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶活力及丙二醛含量,观察肝脏组织学变化.结果 黄蜀葵花胶囊能显著降低急性肝损伤小鼠血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶...

Abstract:Objective To observe the protective effect of Abelmoschus Manihot(L.)Medic.Capsules on carbon tetrachloride induced hepatic injury in mice.Methods The mice′ acute hepatic injury was induced by carbon tetrachloride through intraperitoneal injection.Abelmoschus Manihot(L.)Medic.Capsulse were administered orally.Biphenyldicarboxylate was used as a positive control drug.The activity of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase in serum,the content of maleic dialdehyde and the activity of superoxide dismutase in hepatic tissues were detected.Hepatic histological change was observed.Results Abelmoschus Manihot(L.)Medic.Capsules could remarkably reduce the activity of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase in serum in mice with hepatic injury,lessen the content of maleic dialdehyde while increasing the activity of superoxide dismutase,and decrease the injury of hepatic tissues.Conclusion Abelmoschus Manihot(L.)Medic.Capsules have the protective effect on carbon tetrachloride induced hepatic injury in mice.The mechanism may be related to anti-lipid peroxidation and scavenging free radicals.
