| Abstract: | Objective To establish a quality standard for Xiao′er Runfeizhike oral liquid.Methods Glycyrrhiza uralensis fisch and Exocarpium citri grandis were identified by thin layer chromatography.The identification method for Glycyrrhiza was improved.The content of baicalin was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.Results The spots on thin layer chromatography plates were clear without the interference of negative control.Baicalin showed a linear relationship within the concentration range of 9.82-49.10 μg/ml（r=0.9999）.The average recovery was 99.84%,and RSD=1.17%（n=6）.Conclusion The qualitative and quantitative methods are simple,accurate,and can be used as the quality standard for Xiao′er Runfeizhike oral liquid. |
