住院恶性肿瘤患者睡眠质量及影响因素调查分析

目的了解恶性肿瘤患者住院期间睡眠质量及影响因素,提出针对性改进建议,以提高患者睡眠质量。方法采用睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)和自设影响睡眠因素调查表,对120例住院恶性肿瘤患者进行问卷调查。结果84.2%住院恶性肿瘤患者存在不同程度的睡眠障碍,主要影响因素为身体不适、担心疾病、经济负担、疼痛、生活习惯及环境改变、噪声等。结论住院恶性肿瘤患者睡眠质量明显低于健康人群,应加强恶性肿瘤患者的睡眠护理,提高其睡眠质量及生活质量。

Investigation on Sleep Quality and Influencing Factors of the Inpatients with Malignancy

Objective To study the sleep quality and influencing factors of the inpatients with malignancy.Methods By using self-rating scale of sleep(SRSS) and self-designed scale for sleep factors,a questionnaire was performed on 120 inpatients with malignancy.Results 84.2% inpatients with malignancy suffered from sleep obstacle of various degrees,and the main factors influencing sleep quality included feeling uncomfortable,being worried about one's disease,economy burden,pain,life habit,surrounding changes,noise and so on.Conclusion The sleep quality of the inpatients with malignancy is obviously worse than that of healthy people.More attention should be paid to the nursing of the malignancy patient's sleep in order to increase the quality of their sleep and promote quality of life.
