健康教育在腭裂患者中的应用

摘    要:通过对173例腭裂患及家属进行健康教育,不仅促进了患康复还提高了护理质量,具体教育内容包括:(1)人院教育,帮助患完成角色转变适应住院生活。(2)住院教育,通过心理指导消除患心理顾虑,使其积极配合治疗。(3)手术期健康教育,以减少不良行为对手术的影响,(4)术后健康指导,及时有效地预防并发症的发生。(5)出院指导,以患儿家长最为关心的语音训练和先天性生理缺陷所致心理发育不良为重点内容,帮助患适应正常生活,达到最佳康复效果。

Abstract:The practice of health education to 173 cleft palate patients and their family members showed health education not only accelerated their rehabilitation but also increased the nursing quality. The actual education contents included that general education at admission to adapt them to the life in hospital, psychological education at hospital to eliminate the anxiety for the purpose of active cooperation at treatment, health education around operation to lower the influence of poor behaviors, postoperative health education to prevent complications and at last advice at their leaving hospital to help them accustomed to normal life aiming at pronunciation practice and psychological dysplasia resulting from congenital physiological defects.
