妇科医师宫腔镜技术培训的实践与教学模式探讨

目的探索对参加首都医科大学附属北京妇产医院妇科微创中心培训的学员进行官腔镜技术培训的有效途径。方法对120名参加培训的学员按照统一的教材和标准进行官腔镜技术培训，内容包括官腔镜技术的理论知识及官腔镜技能训练、官腔镜手术观摩，将培训前后的考核情况进行对比分析。结果培训后学员整体对官腔镜技术技能理论知识的掌握程度与培训前相比差异均有非常显著性意义(x2＝ 176.83，P＜0.01)；整体操作技能水平考核合格率中官腔镜置人流畅度、器械及设备的熟悉度、镜下操作前瞻性、手术操作准确性、术中特殊情况处理、术中辅助设备应用与培训前相比差异均有非常显著性意义(P＜0.01)。结论系统的官腔镜理论学习和技术培训有机结合，有利于建立良好的教学培训模式，可以有效促进官腔镜技术理念与已有妇科学专业知识的重新构建，提高妇科医师的官腔镜技术水平。

An analysis on the effectiveness of hysteroscopy training and training experience

This study was to analyze the effectiveness of hysteroscopy training of 120 gynecological practitioners in Gynecological Mini-Invasive Center, Beijing Gynecology and Obstetrics Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University. The training program was consisted of theoretical knowledge, operation practice and clinical performance.Examination results between the pre-and post-training were analyzed.The examination passing rate of theoretical knowledge after training was significantly higher than that before training(P ＜0.01).In the operation practice, the practitioners improved significantly on the respect for tissue, instrument handling, knowledge of instruments, use of assistants, flow of operation and forward planning and knowledge of specific procedure(P ＜ 0.01).The standardized and regularized hysteroscopy training is an effective way to enhance the gynecologists' knowledge, skill and construct validity.
