“亚运”期间收治精神病患者躯体共病的调查分析及护理

目的探讨＂亚运＂期间收治的长期无住院治疗的精神病患者合并躯体疾病的临床特点,并提出相应的护理对策。方法对2010年9月1日～2011年3月30日在本院江村院区住院的176例亚运收治病人的住院资料进行调查分析。结果 176例住院精神病患者中,合并躯体疾病54人,占30.68%。按系统分类：水电解质紊乱18.75%,营养不良及贫血17.61%,消化系统17.05%,外伤10.79%,呼吸系统3.98%。结论了解长期无住院治疗精神病患者合并躯体疾病的临床特点,并采取相应护理措施,有效提高护理质量,促进患者康复。
