摘    要:标准化病人是医学教育的重要研究课题之一。自2007年起,武汉大学探索学生标准化病人(SSP)的培训并应用于临床基本技能教学和客观结构化考试(OSCE)中,已经取得了显著的效果。本文论述了SSP的招募、选择、培训的具体方法及其优缺点。实践证明,SSP不仅在临床教学和考核中具有独特的优势,而且随着SSP培训方法的日趋成熟,必将促进SSP在医学教育中的广泛应用。

Abstract:Standardized patient is a major research direction of modern medical education.Since 2007, Wuhem University began to train student standardized patients (SSP) for clinical basic skills teaching and objective structural clinical examination (OSCE).As a result, remarkable effect has been obtained.In this paper we discussed and summarized the specific methods and merits of the student standardized patients' recruit, selection and training.It is found that SSP has unique advantage in clinical teaching and evaluation. With the development of SSP training methods, SSP will be widely used progressively in medical education.
