复旦大学附属中山医院医学生就业现状及其影响因素分析

近年来,受高等学校合并扩招、用人单位需求转变、以及社会大环境改变等因素的影响,医学生的就业市场发生了较大的变化,就业困难增加,就业前景不容乐观.本研究旨在通过对复旦大学附属中山医院近4年医学生就业情况的分析,了解可能对医学生就业产生影响的主、客观因素,帮助医学生提高就业能力,同时提高学校就业指导的针对性和有效性.

Analysis of the status quo and influencing factors on obtaining employment for medical students from Fudan University Zhongshan Hospital

Significant changes have taken place in job market for medical students as it witnessed,in recent years, the merging and expanded enrollment of higher education institutions, the shifted demand of potential employers, as well as a social environment that's changing, not the same as before.The outlook for the medical student' s job is grim with an increase in the number of students confronting with difficulties in finding their jobs.By analyzing the employment status of the medical students from Fudan University Zhongshan Hospital in the past four years, this research is aimed at analyzing the possible subjective and Objective factors influencing on it.The research proposes advice that will not only help the students tackle better with this grim situation but also help the school authority more effective and specific in providing students with career guidance.
