| 摘 要： | 目的回顾性研究内镜下应用氩离子凝固术（APC）治疗食管支架植入术后再狭窄的有效性和安全性。方法选择食管支架植入术后再狭窄并能够耐受APC治疗的患者37例,给予内镜下APC再通治疗,并记录术中及术后并发症、观察治疗效果、统计治疗后再狭窄的时间。结果 37例食管支架植入术再狭窄的患者31例经病理证实为新生癌组织堵塞管腔,6例为肉芽组织增生。37例患者共行48次APC再通治疗,效果肯定,无严重并发症。结论 APC治疗为解除食管支架植入术后再狭窄患者提供了一种安全有效的方法,与扩张治疗和食管支架再植入相互补充,使食管支架植入术后再狭窄的难题得到较好的解决。
