| 摘 要： | 本文围绕护理学专业研究生科研能力培养的主题，系统地介绍了安徽医科大学护理学院在研究生课程设置与教材建设、课题设计与开题报告、现场实施与临床实践、论文撰写与发表等环节的教学改革实践及其成效，为提高研究生综合应用知识解决实际问题的科研能力，培养研究生认真、严谨的科研作风和团结协作、求实创新的科研精神提供了借鉴。 |

| Abstract: | This paper focus on cultivating professional degree postgraduate, systematically coveting teaching reform practices and achievement that have been made in curriculum arrangement, teaching material construction, project design and opening report, field implementation and clinical practice,scientific paper writing and publishing.Those teaching reform practices provide important references for innovation on nursing education, including improvement of comprehensive problem solving abilities,cultivating rigorous scientific style and cooperative, realistic and innovative scientific spirit. |
