| 摘 要： | 目的探讨儿童病毒性脑炎的临床特点和治疗方法。方法通过对30例病毒性脑炎患儿的临床表现、体征等进行分析,进行退热、解痉、抗病毒、降低颅压等综合治疗。结果 30例患儿痊愈26例,好转3例,死亡1例。结论病毒性脑炎临床表现呈多样化,早期诊断并进行综合治疗有利于控制疾病,减少后遗症发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical features and treatment of viral encephalitis.Method The clinical manifestations of the patients with viral encephalitis was analyzed.Combined therapy including pyretolysis,spasmolysis,anti-virus and depressing intracranial pressure was undertaken.Results 26 cases were recovery,3 cases were improved and one case died.Conclusion The clinical manifestations of viral encephalitis is diversified,early diagnosis and combined therapy will help control the disease and decrease ... |
