| 摘 要： | 目的探讨苦参碱作用人胃癌细胞株SGC7901后,对细胞增殖的影响。方法应用不同浓度苦参碱（1.5mg/ml、0.75mg/ml、0.375mg/ml、0.1875mg/ml）作用体外培养人胃癌细胞株SGC7901后,分别用倒置显微镜观察细胞形态学改变;MTT法检测苦参碱对SGC7901细胞的增殖抑制作用。结果不同浓度苦参碱作用人胃癌细胞株SGC7901后,与对照组比较细胞生长明显受到抑制（P〈0.05）,抑制率从18.7%到86.4%。随着苦参碱浓度的增加及时间的延长,SGC7901存活细胞显著减少,呈明显的时间-剂量依赖性。结论苦参碱能显著抑制人胃癌细胞株SGC7901细胞增殖。
