高位复杂性肛瘘肛门小切口根治术研究

目的探讨高位复杂性肛瘘肛门小切口根治术与传统（低切高挂）手术方法治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的临床效果。方法 80例患者采用随机数字法分为试验组（高位复杂性肛瘘肛门小切口根治术）和治疗组（传统的低切高挂术）各40例,观察两组患者术中、术后一般情况及并发症的发生情况。结果试验组手术时间、术中出血量均明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）。试验组住院时间、恢复工作时间明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）。试验组术后疼痛指数、尿潴留、肛门坠胀、切口面积及术后切口渗血发生率明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）。试验组复发率以及治愈率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。试验组肛门失禁情况明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论高位复杂性肛瘘肛门小切口根治术优于传统方法（低切高挂）,值得临床应用。

Study on Operation of Anus Small Cut Radical Correction about Elevation Complexity anal Fistula
