| 摘 要： | 目的探讨早期康复训练配合心理干预对脑出血术后患者肢体功能康复和日常生活活动能力的影响。方法将102例脑出血术后患者随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组采用神经外科常规治疗和护理,实验组在对照组的基础上给予早期康复训练和心理护理干预,4周后比较两组患者的焦虑、抑郁程度及肢体运动能力、日常生活活动能力情况。结果实验组患者焦虑和抑郁评分明显低于对照组;肢体运动能力和日常生活活动能力明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论心理护理干预配合早期康复训练可明显减轻脑出血患者术后的不良心理情绪,提高肢体运动能力,改善患者的日常生活活动能力。
