摘    要:采用问卷调查方法了解医学研究生与患者对医疗事件的认知状况.调查结果显示,医学研究生和患者双方对医疗事件的思考方式不同;医学硕士研究生和医学博士研究生在处理医患关系的能力方面并未随着学历的提高而有明显增长.同时,对医学研究生医患沟通能力的培养提出了建议.

Abstract:A survey was made through a questionnaire on the cognitive differences for medical incidents between medical graduate students and patients.We found the difference of thought model between medical graduate students and patients, and the capability of doctor-patient communication wasn' t promoted during the education from postgraduate to doctor.Then, some suggestions were offered for communication capability training for medical graduate students.
