| 摘 要： | 目的观察新生儿疾病筛查中不同采血部位的效果及血标本的质量,探讨最佳采血部位,提高采血质量;减轻新生儿疼痛。方法将396例新生儿按单日、双日出生分成两组。观察组采血部位在新生儿手背浅静脉;对照组采血部位在新生儿足跟内侧或外侧缘。结果观察组采血一次成功率及标本合格率明显高于对照组;观察组新生儿啼哭持续时间也明显短于对照组,经检验P〈0.01。结论应用手背浅静脉采血,可以提高采血的一次性成功率及一次性标本合格率,避免新生儿足底水肿及瘀斑,减轻新生儿疼痛,缩短新生儿啼哭时间。
