| 摘 要： | 医学生科研能力的培养，关乎其未来的医技水平和职业发展，探索适合医学生的科研能力培养方法是医学教育发展的必然要求。本文分析了我国医学生科研能力培养的现状，提出了“问卷调查训练法”培养医学生科研能力的方法，阐述了“问卷调查训练法”的特点及其具体的实施、评价和管理办法。 |

| Abstract: | The cultivation of medical students' research ability will concern with their future medical levd and their career development.It is inexorable requirements for modern medical education to explore the ways and means of training in scientific research ability for medical students.The current cultivation situation of medical undergraduates' research ability was analyzed in this paper, the questionnaire survey training method was brought in and its characteristics, implementation, evaluation and management methods were discussed in this paper. |
