| 摘 要： | 目的了解咳嗽变异性哮喘（CVA）患儿肺功能特点。方法对CVA患儿进行肺功能检查,指标包括FEV1、FVC、PEF、FEF25、FEF50、FEF75。结果大部分患儿存在不同程度的肺功能损害,给予硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂吸入后肺功能显著改善。结论 CVA患儿存在可逆性气道阻塞性改变,对长期反复咳嗽者,临床疑诊CVA应做肺功能检查和支气管舒张试验以帮助明确诊断。
