| 摘 要： | 目的探讨早期康复护理在急性脑梗死患者功能恢复中的疗效。方法选取急性脑梗死患者106例,并随机分为早期康复组和对照组,两组患者均采用常规神经药物治疗和护理,早期康复组于发病48h进行康复护理训练。两组均于训练前和训练后30d应用简化Fug1-Meyer量表（FMA）评定患者的运动功能和应用欧洲卒中评分法（ESS）评价神经功能情况。结果在训练前两组的FMA评分、ESS评分差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;训练30d后,早期康复组的ESS评分明显比训练前及对照组优,差异有显著性（P〈0.0.1）,FMA评分比训练前明显好转,有显著性差异（P〈0.0.1）;与对照组比较,上肢差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.0.1）,下肢差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论早期康复护理训练能促进急性脑梗死患者功能的恢复,提高患者的生存质量。
