培养儿童康复进修医生的实践与思考

为了提高儿童康复医生的水平,首都医科大学对儿童康复科的进修医生培训进行了回顾性研究.从1994年到2010年,儿童康复科共培养了124位进修医生.随着时间的推移,进修医生的人数有上升的趋势,经济发达地区的进修医生人数明显较多;进修医生的职称有增高的趋势,主治医生占进修医生的大多数,他们多为所在机构儿童康复学的业务骨干.通过总结进修医生培训的实践,提出如下几点建议:重视儿童康复进修医生的培养;树立正确的康复医学理念;加快儿童康复医学教育师资的建设;加强儿童康复治疗师的培训;加强儿童康复医师的继续教育.

Practice and thinking on the cultivation of advanced doctor for children rehabilitation

In order to improve the lever of the children rehabilitation doctor, the advanced doctors in children rehabilitation department was retrospectively studied in the Capital Medical University.From 1994 to 2010, 124 doctors had trained in the children rehabilitation department.The data of these doctors was analyzed.The number of the advanced doctors was more and more through the time.The doctors in the developed economy province were more.There was the tendency of higher degree of the advanced doctors.The chief doctors were the majority.They had almost become the persons in charge of children rehabilitation in their institutions.The information of the training for the advanced doctors was summarized, and a few advices were raised.The advices include thinking highly of the raising of the refresher doctor, raising the correct rehabilitation understanding, constructing the supply of teachers of children rehabilitation, cultivating the children rehabilitation therapist, and continuing education.
