| 摘 要： | 实践教学是卫生管理专业教学中的重要组成部分，是整个专业人才培养过程中不可或缺的重要环节。本文以卫生管理专业教学实际情况为基础，对“能力层次化、教学内容模块化”的卫生事业管理专业实践教学模式进行了初步的探讨，阐述了构建“层次+模块化”实践教学的理论依据、具体实施步骤、主要内容及教学保障体系，以期为全国卫生管理专业人才培养提供参考。

| Abstract: | Practical teaching is an important part of health management teaching, and is essential for the process of talent training for the health management major. Based on the reality of health management education in China, the paper studied on practical teaching model of hierarchy and modularization. By elaborating theoretical foundation of building the model, procedures and main components of the practical teaching, and the quality guarantee system, the paper intended to bring up new ideas for cultivation of talents major in health management. |
