痛风急性发作的临床特点与治疗分析

目的分析痛风急性发作期的临床特点及治疗措施。方法回顾性分析本院2005年11月～2010年10月收治的27例痛风急性发作的临床资料。诊断采用美国风湿病协会关于急性痛风性关节炎的诊断标准,疼痛程度分级参照主诉疼痛程度分级法（VRS法）,根据患者发病部位及并发症分别给予非甾类抗炎药、秋水仙碱、激素治疗,三类药物无效给予吗啡镇痛。结果完全缓解（VRS0级）20例,好转（VRS1级）6例,1例因痛风性肾病肾功能衰竭死亡,治疗有效率96.3%。结论治疗痛风急性发作主要应根据患者的临床特点以及并发症选择合适的药物,关键是要及早用药。
