| Abstract: | In order to standardize the training and examination of surgical basic skills, and improve the training effect, standardized band 4 training and examination system was established for medical students, graduates, and residents.It showed that the system was helpful to enhance the trainees' operational capacity in practice, promote educational reform, and strengthen teachers'cultivation. |
