脑灵汤对阿尔茨海默病患者MMSE及血清促炎症细胞因子的影响

目的观察脑灵汤治疗轻-中度AD的临床疗效及作用机制。方法 120例轻-中度AD患者,随机分为中药治疗组、西药对照组各60例。中药治疗组用脑灵汤治疗,西药对照组用多奈哌齐治疗,疗程均为12周。观察两组治疗前后MMSE、血清中IL-1β、IL-6细胞因子的变化。结果经治疗12周后,治疗组与对照组的总疗效相当(P0.05),治疗组对MMSE量表积分改善与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。2治疗组能显著降低阿尔茨海默病患者血清中的IL-1β、IL-6促炎症细胞因子的含量,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论脑灵汤治疗轻一中度AD的疗效显著,脑灵汤对MMSE量表积分改善明显,能显著改善AD患者的认知功能。其能明显降低血清中IL-1β、IL-6等促炎症细胞因子的水平,这可能是脑灵汤治疗AD的机制之一。

Effect of Naoling Decoction on MMSE and Proinflammatory Cytokines of Patients with Alzheimer's Disease

Objective To observe the clinical effects and mechanism of Naoling decoction on mild and moderate AD patients Methods One hundred and twenty cases of AD patients were randomly divided into two groups：TCM treatment group and western medicine control group （each=60）.The treatment group was treated by Naoling decoction,while the control group was treated by donepezil,12 weeks for a course.The changes of MMSE and serum IL-1β,IL-6 cytokines of the two groups were observed before and after the treatment.Results After 12-week treatment,the total therapeutic effects of treatment group and control group had no difference （P〉0.05）.No statistically significant difference was found in the improvement of the scores by MMSE questionnaire between the two groups （P〉0.05）.As compared with control group,the content of serum IL-1β and IL-6 in AD patients of treatment group was significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）.Conclusions Naoling decoction has exact effect for mild and moderate AD patients,and can significantly improve the scores by MMSE questionnaire and the cognitive functions of AD patients.Naoling decoction can significantly reduce the proinflammatory cytokine levels in the blood serum,and this may be one of control mechanisms of AD prevention and treatment.
