| 摘 要： | 为探讨国人PSP94 mRNA的替代剪接特点，本文提出了前列腺癌；前列腺增生及正常前列腺组织的总RNA,用RT－PCR扩增其cDNA，经琼脂糖电泳分析，并与国外报道进行比较。结果如下：（1）国人PSP94 cDNA序列与国外报道一致；（2）国人PSP57mRNA相对PSP94 mRNA的表达量远远低于西方国家。因此我们认为国人PSP94mRNA的基因序列与西方人相同，其低水平替代剪接的原因可能是由于剪接子的活性与西方人存在差异。

| Abstract: | To study the alternative splicing of PSP94 mRNA in Chinese people,total RNA of prostatic cancer,benign prosttaic hyperplasia and normal prostatic tissues were extracted separately,and their cDNA by RT?PCR were amplified.The products were identified and PSP94 cDNA was sequenced.The results were compared with what have been reported.It was observed that the sequence of PSP94 cDNA was identical to that previously reported,and PSP57 cDNA level of Chinese was much lower than that of Western countries.So the gene sequence of Chinese PSP94 is the same as that reported,and the lower alternative splicing of PSP94 mRNA is probably due to the activity difference of spliceosome of PSP94. |
