2006~2008年我院细菌分布变迁及药敏分析

摘    要:目的:了解我院近3年来细菌分布变迁及药敏情况。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,对1175株病原菌进行统计分析。结果:革兰阳性(G+)球菌235株,占20.00%;革兰阴性(G-)杆菌910株,占77.45%;真菌30株,占2.55%。3年来,对革兰阳性球菌,青霉素、苯唑西林、头孢唑啉、阿莫西林/克拉维酸和环丙沙星的耐药率高;对革兰阴性杆菌,头孢噻肟、头孢吡肟、复方新诺明和环丙沙星的耐药率高。值得关注的是,2006年85.71%金黄色葡萄球菌对青霉素和氨苄青霉素产生了β-内酰胺酶,而2007年达到了89.80%。结论:3年来,我院细菌感染仍以G-杆菌为主,且有不断上升趋势;G+球菌变化不大;真菌检出率有逐年下降趋势。细菌耐药不断加重,医院应加强对抗菌药物合理使用的干预。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the variation and drugs susceptibility of pathogenic bacteria over 3 years in our hospital.Methods:A total of 1 175 strains of pathogens were analyzed statistically by retrospective study.Results:Among 1 175 strains of pathogens,235 were gram-positive cocci(20.00%);910 were gram-negative bacilli(77.45%) and 30 were fungi(2.55%).In 3 years,the average resistance rate of gram-positive cocci to penicillin,oxacillin,cefazolin,erythromycin and ciprofloxacin were most high.The average resistance rate of gram-negative bacilli to cefotaxime,cefepime,co-trimoxazole and ciprofloxacin were most high.Respectively the detection rate of Staphyloccocus bacteria producting β-lactamase to penicillin and amoxicillin were 85.71% in 2006 and 89.80% in 2007.Conclusion:In 3 years,gram-negative bacilliin strains causing hospital nosocomial infections increased,gram-positive cocci strains remain stable,but fungous infection showed a decline tendency.In view of the increasing drug resistance,rational use of antimicrobial agents should be stressed in the clinic.
