美托洛尔治疗充血性心力衰竭120例临床观察

目的　了解常规治疗下的充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)在联用 β受体阻滞剂后的疗效和副作用。方法　选择 12 0例病因不同的CHF患者 ,在强心、利尿和扩血管临床治疗基础上 ,治疗组加用 β受体阻滞剂美托洛尔 ,并与同期按常规治疗的 12 0例患者 (对照组 )相对照 ,观察临床表现 ,监测治疗前后的心率、血压、心功能和超声心动图参数的变化。结果　治疗组显效率 76 .9% ,总有效率 90 .6 % ;对照组显效率 5 5 .0 % ,总有效率 77.5 % ,2组比较有显著性差异 ( P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组治疗后心率、心功能性改善UCG参数 (E A、LVEF、LVSD、LVDD)与对照组比较 ,有明显差异 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 )。结论　在常规治疗的基础上 ,应用美托洛尔可提高治疗CHF的疗效。

Clinical observation on 120 cases of congestive heart failure treated by β blocker-metoprolol

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of metoprolol on congestive heart failure (CHF).Methods 120 paitents with CHF were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The patients in control group received routine treatment including angiotension converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEI),diuretic and digitora,ect.The treatment group was added with metoprolol 6.25 mg,twice a day,on the basis of the routine treatment,and increasing doseage gradually,with the maximum of 50 mg,twice a day.The changes of heart rate,blood pressure,cardiac function and ultracardiography were observed before and after treatment.Results The effective rate and total effective rate in treatment group were 76.9% and 90.0%,which were 55.0% and 77.5% in control group respectively.There was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).After treatment there were significant differences in heart rate,improvement of cardiac function and UCG parameters (E/A,LVEF,LVSD,LVDD)between two groups (P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol can increase the therapeutic effect on CHF.
