| 摘 要： | 传统的项目管理模式已经不能适应我国工程项目日益发展的需要，特别是在医药工程项目领域。运用国际先进的项目管理软件-P3软件建立进度／费用控制系统，引进应用网络计划技术和赢得值技术进行项目监控，可以实现项目进度、费用的双控制。
