| 摘 要： | 绝经后骨质疏松症(postmenopausal osteoporosis,PMOP)是一种严重威胁绝经后妇女健康的全身性骨病。目前PMOP常用药物治疗,包括激素补充治疗(HRT)等,由于乳腺癌或心血管疾病等风险在一定程度上限制了其临床应用。国内外进行的基础研究和临床试验结果显示,一些中草药(Chinese Herbal Medicine)(包括淫羊藿、葛根、丹参、骨碎补、接骨木、蛇床子、山茱萸、菟丝子、女贞子及仙茅等)及药用植物(medicinal plants)(包括大豆异黄酮、总状升麻、红花子、黑榆及黄蜀葵花等)提取物及(或)生物活性成分具有抗PMOP的作用。对该类药物及化合物的基础研究及临床试验结果进行综述。
